Recorded in April of 2020 in Anne Ngan's greenhouse on Hornby Island, BC. Wayne discusses his career choice with Goya Ngan, and offers some advice on life and art.

Wayne’s work will be included in the upcoming exhibition “Written in Clay: From the John David Lawrence Collection” from May 25 – November 9, 2025 at the Vancouver Art Gallery.

Wayne’s round window: from its inception in the mid-1980s, through some necessary building updates, to present day. Wayne would frequently invite studio visitors into his home, and this was an often-photographed location.
